By creating a RoundStack account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
The Service
RoundStack provides software to help round-based service businesses plan work, run daily operations and track related business records. Features may change as we improve the product.
Free Trial
New companies may receive a 30-day free trial with unlimited access and no card required to start. At the end of the trial, continued unlimited use requires an active paid subscription unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Subscriptions And Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance at the published rate (currently £15.00 per month unless stated otherwise). Prices are in GBP. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period where applicable. Taxes may apply where required.
Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, or use it for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for keeping login details secure.
Your Data
You retain ownership of your business content. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy.
Availability
We aim for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Offline features depend on device storage and sync conditions.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoundStack is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may also bring claims in their local UK courts where required by law.
