Getting Started

Set up your company, add customers and create your first round.

  1. Create your RoundStack account and verify your email.
  2. Add your company details, defaults and team members from Settings.
  3. Create customers and sites, then add recurring jobs onto a round.
  4. Use Schedule or the Wall Planner to place work for the week ahead.

Running Today In The Van

Use Today and Worker Mode to complete visits on the phone.

  1. Open Today to see the jobs due for the selected day.
  2. Call ahead where needed, then mark visits complete as you go.
  3. Capture notes, payments and additions while you are still on site.
  4. Worker Mode keeps the day list clear if you only need field tools.

  1. Install RoundStack as a PWA on your phone for quick access.
  2. Continue the day when coverage drops — sync when you are back online.
  3. Use Sync Now from the offline banner if queued changes need pushing.
  4. Keep forms short in the field so saves stay reliable.
