RoundStack (“we”, “us”) provides scheduling and operations software for round-based service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and your rights under UK GDPR.

Information We Collect
When you create an account we collect details such as your name, email address, company name and the operational data you enter (customers, jobs, schedules, payments, expenses and related records). Payment card details for subscriptions are processed by Stripe and are not stored on RoundStack servers.
How We Use Information
We use your information to provide the RoundStack service, support your account, process billing when you subscribe, send service and trial-related emails, improve the product and meet legal obligations.
Lawful Bases
We typically process personal data to perform our contract with you, pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and where required to meet legal obligations. Where consent is needed (for example optional marketing), we will ask for it.
Sharing
We do not sell your customer lists. We may use trusted processors (hosting, email delivery and payment providers such as Stripe) solely to operate the service, under appropriate agreements.
International Transfers
If a processor stores data outside the UK, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place as required by UK data protection law.
Retention And Security
We retain account data while your company uses RoundStack and for a reasonable period afterwards if needed for legal, accounting or billing reasons. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data.
Your Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data we hold about you, and you may object to certain processing. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
